ZMag is a listed medicine, AUST L 320575, formulated by ATP Science to provide essential minerals in a form the body can use.

It assists with mind relaxation, relieves mild muscle spasms and twitches, and supports muscle relaxation.

Each capsule contains: magnesium citrate 647.25mg (supplying 100mg elemental magnesium), zinc gluconate 19.23mg (supplying 2.5mg elemental zinc), organic selenium yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae 3.13mg (supplying 6.25mcg elemental selenium), and taurine 25mg.

Directions: take 1 or 2 capsules at a time, to a maximum of 3 capsules per day.

Free from GMO-derived ingredients, gluten, dairy and lactose, meat products, and artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. Vegan. 120 capsules.

Warnings. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded by adults.
