Xtremewarehouse is accepting claims for returns and exchange products for the following:

1- Damaged In Transport Item

2-Incorrect or wrong item received

3-Change of mind 

  • In All Reasons of returns or exchange, you need to contact us within two working days of receiving the order via phone  02 8730 8696 or email at,stating order number as a reference and indicating which of the above reason is the return reason .Our staff will handle the matter professionally and direct you with the proper procedures for each situation.
  • Then you will be asked to send the item need to be returned in an unopened condition, securely packaged in its original container, secured tightly to our return address listed below.
  • It is customer's responsibility to make sure that item is packaged properly as broken items or damaged on return will not be accepted for return.
  • Items returned need to be accompanied with the purchase invoice you have received from us , which could be reprinted from your email , highlighting the item indicated for return and stating the reason for return which should match with the initial inquiry made by you.
  • Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, item will be inspected by our staff and matter will be handled according to the reason for return.


1- Damaged In Transport Item :

While we do the best we can at xtremewarehouse warehouse site to pack all the items in the best professional secure packaging , unfortunately sometimes when items leave our warehouse go through many transition procedures and courier handlings which may arise in damage to the original packaging.

We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivery to the correct delivery address.

Please don't accept any deliveries if you suspect the parcel might have been tampered with. 

Upon receiving an item that is damaged please follow the above procedure for sending the item back, we still need to get the item as it is, not used so we can process the damage through courier claims.

In case of a customer failing to send the damaged item to us or partially use any of the contents, xtremewarehouse will not be able to process the claim for return.

A replacement item will be sent to customer completely free of charge once the original container is received by us.

Please include a copy of the shipping receipt you paid to send the item back to us so we can reimburse you back for the shipping costs.


2-Incorrect or wrong item received:

It is always the customer's responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for re-supply or credit, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

Please follow the same above procedure in returning the wrong item back to us unopened and undamaged.

A correct item will be shipped at our expense to you once the wrong item is received by us.

Please include a copy of the shipping receipt you paid to send the item back to us so we can reimburse you back for the shipping costs.


3-Change of mind :

In case of a change of mind about the products you purchased from us, xtremewarehouse asks our customer to contact us within 7 days from receiving the item indicating the reason for the return via the same above methods of contact.

we will ask customers to return the unwanted goods back to us in an original condition undamaged and unopened following the same above-mentioned procedure.

A credit notice will be issued to our customers or will be given a full refund of the item minus the shipping and handling fees incurred to this item even if the postage was indicated as free postage.

Items purchased on special deals or were under special bulk discounts are not accepted for returns.
