RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Xtremewarehouse, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below outlines our policy regarding returns and exchanges to facilitate a smooth and seamless process for our valued customers.
Accepted Reasons for Returns and Exchanges:
- Damaged in Transport Item:
Should your item arrive damaged during transit, please notify us within two working days of receipt. Contact us via email at info@xtremewarehouse.com.au, providing your order number and specifying the reason for return. Our dedicated staff will guide you through the necessary steps. It's imperative to return the item in its original, unopened condition, securely packaged, to our designated return address (see below). We do not accept responsibility for orders lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we'll initiate the necessary processes and send a replacement item free of charge. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt for reimbursement of shipping costs.
- Incorrect or Wrong Item Received:
In the event of receiving an incorrect item, contact us immediately. Items must remain unopened and in their original condition for return. Follow the same procedure outlined above for damaged items. Once we receive the incorrect item, we'll dispatch the correct item at our expense. Provide a copy of the shipping receipt for reimbursement of shipping costs.
- Change of Mind:
For instances of a change of mind, you have seven days from receipt to contact us, indicating the reason for return. Return the unwanted goods in their original, undamaged, and unopened condition as per the above procedure. We will issue a credit notice or provide a full refund for the item (excluding shipping and handling fees), even if the postage was initially free. Please note that items purchased on special deals or under special bulk discounts are not eligible for returns.
- Parcels Returned Due to Failure to Collect from Post Office or Incorrect Address Provided:
In the event of a delivery attempt being unsuccessful and the parcel returned to us due to failure to collect from the post office or an incorrect address provided, Xtremewarehouse incurs a fee from Australia Post. Here are your options:
- Option 1: Repostage: If you wish to have the item resent, you will be responsible for covering the returning parcel fees and any repostage costs.
- Option 2: Refund: Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, deductions will be made to cover the returning parcel fee and any postage and handling fees already incurred.
