Hydro Pro combines ultra and micro-filtered whey protein isolate with hydrolysed whey protein isolate.

The WPI is made using cross-flow microfiltration, a filter roughly four times finer than what's used for concentrate, which leaves it virtually free of lactose, carbohydrate and fat. The hydrolysed fraction is taken a step further through enzyme hydrolysis — a chemical-free process that breaks the longer amino acid chains into di- and tri-peptides.
