Light Loading: Take 20-30g per day (in 5g divided doses) for 7 days followed by a maintenance dose of 5g per day for 30 days.
Heavy Loading: Take 20-30g per day (in 5g divided doses) for 4– 6 weeks.
Energy Supply: Take 5g approximately 20 minutes before activity on an empty stomach.
